You can't think your way out of stress.
The body goes first.

A movement practice for women who want to feel strong and calm in the same hour. Amsterdam.

Cultivaete is a practice built on four layers.

Breathe, move, regulate, cultivaete.

A real workout, layered with breath and the tools to quiet a busy nervous system. From that calmer place, the things that matter come back into view.

Most of us move too fast to hear what the body is saying. This is an hour to slow down enough to listen.

About the practice

Built on four layers

Breathe, move,
regulate, cultivaete.

Breathe

The thread through every class. The way in, the reset between movements, and the way down at the end.

Move

Pilates-informed sculpt, layered with breath. You'll feel like you've trained.

Regulate

One nervous system tool, taught and practiced. Yours to keep.

Cultivaete

Journal and visualize. Name the energy you want to keep, and let it follow you out the door.

"I walked out and the noise in my head had turned down. First time in months I didn't reach for coffee on the way home."

Mae, 31

"Not a workout. Not a meditation. It's the thing in between I didn't know I was looking for."

Eva, 36

"My nervous system felt different afterwards. Calmer. For days, not hours."

The two ways to practice

The Hour

Tuesday  ·  17:30  ·  Fosbury & Sons

Sixty minutes. The full practice, start to finish. You arrive, you work, you land, and you carry it into your week.

The Long Morning

Saturday  ·  09:30  ·  Renessence

Ninety minutes. The same four layers with more room around them. Longer journaling, time to reflect, a drink afterwards, and the women in the room with you.

Amsterdam. The Hour and The Long Morning. Retreats coming.
